Since Acrobat isn't normally licensed for use on a web server, nor
it is technically suitable for such usage - you're either going to want to
convert first OR look at 3rd party conversion tools.

>In the first case, can I get some help how to batch convert them

Acrobat 6 can batch convert as can a number of 3rd party products.

>or convert them on the fly for the latter case?

Again, you are looking at 3rd party products such as AdLib eXpress
or ActivePDF DocConverter.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
