Adobe is a company, but I will assume you mean Adobe Acrobat, yes?
What version of Acrobat on what OS platform?
HOW are you using Acrobat to create the PDF? Printing to
PDFWriter? Distiller? Clicking the "Create Adobe PDF" button in Word?
