It doesn't seem to have any point. If pages can be inserted and deleted, someone can make up a new page which is like your original, but with new words on it, and replace part of the document.
In fact, they could recreate the whole document if they wanted. What do you want to achieve with your security settings? Digital signatures are the way to detect (not prevent) unauthorized modification.
