Absolutely none, if your concern is to stop a document being made that is a modified version of your original.
Most office and official documents can be faked in an hour by someone with Word - and if it is worth doing, then one day they will.
I do wonder why, therefore, people fuss so much about disallowing editing. It has nothing to do with authenticity - that's the job of digital signatures.
