We have a couple of people who receive an error message: 'File not found' or 'Path does not exist' when downloading PDF files from our website.
I had a fix for the error with Acrobat v5.0, but it doesn't work with v6.0. There's nothing posted on the Adobe support site, (the old fix (a file association tweak) for v5.0 is no longer posted - fortunately I kept a printout to refer to when needed).
Downloading and running the update for 6 didn't take care of the problem and it seems to be fairly random - one person with Win2000 and 6.0 Professional never sees the error, while another does. Same with XP.
Any ideas?
