I'm trying to embed form fields using adobe acrobat 6.0 - In 5.0 I simply clicked on the Form Tool from the toolbar and could drag anywhere on the document and embed a form field and assign attributes to it. I've searched high and low in 6.0 and can not find this tool. Does anyone here now where it is???
