Ashish,

there is a little tool called pdf-DocPro you can find at www.pdf-office.com which targets these features. You can set all properties to your pdf documents with this tool. When you disable all tool bars and so on, that your document will be presented only as a slight show, user are not able to print or do something else in Reader.
