I would like my documents in acrobat reader 6 to use the comments feature. I can create a document in Acrobat 6 Professional, place security and use the setting to allow commenting and save it out. I can than open the document in reader 6 and try to place a comment on the document. There are no commenting tools available and my document restrictions say, “Commenting not allowed.” Do I need a specific plugin to use this feature or is there a setting I am missing?
