Topic: Problems with Compaq Tablet PC

I have a user who is attempting to access my pdf files through an autoindex shortcut using a Compaq Tablet PC (which has Windows XP and Acrobat 6 Standard). The indexes will load and when the main page is loaded, Acrobat shuts down with no error messages. Occasionally the load will complete and no shut down, but it fails the majority of the time. The same problem cannot be reproduced on any other machines (except for another tablet).
The documents were created with Acrobat 5 as were the indexes. Other users with Acrobat 6 have not reported similar problems, other than the index not automatically being attached.
Anyone familar with the Tablet problem? Random suggestion are welcome as well.
