We have been creating PDF files in Acrobat 5 for a long time. We are trying to migrate to version 6. We have thousands of clients who may not have Reader 6. We distribute the PDF files on DVD and through an Intranet. To ensure compatibility, we wanted to save the files as Version 5. When we do this, the files open fine outside the browser world. When they open in a browser with Reader or Acrobat 5, which is what our WEB is set to do, we get a reference memory error as it opens.

I just wondered if someone has experienced this or even has a solution.
