Hello fellow PDF folks,

I am working on a friends laptop computer with Windows XP and all the SP and updates and Acrobat Reader 6. His problem is that when he gets a "pop-up" conatining a PDF after he views it and closes the window, Internet Explorer locks up and then shuts down.

I have checked and he has:
1) no pup-up blocker
2) no viruses
3) no adware/spyware

I have tried to re-create the situation on my computer and have not duplicated it. I suspect his explorer is corrupt(?) or that he runs out of memory(?)... I'm floundering here...

If anyone could help PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

Much appreciated,
Tony
