Topic: Template generated forms with Calculations (Via Email), 1 Attachments

I have a template (attached) which is normally hidden and will be generated several times within the same pdf using an icon button (from another page). The items in the fields "FPM total, FPM average, CFM, and velocity totals" accross the bottom need to calculate using data I manually input in the center grid. I can make the template calculate it, but when I input my data on a new form it will not calculate it since the form field names have changed. So...How do I do I set up my fields to calculate fields that will have different names on every page I generate.

A script would be appreciated since I am a newbie.
