Hi

Does anyone know a java script or plug in that enables a pdf document when opened changes a number value each time it is opened.

Bates does this but creates an individual document with an individual number.

The problem with this is that it will be an invoice therefor about 1000 different numbers a month hence not wanting 1000 different saved pdfs on my system.

In short I need one pdf that has coding that changes a number value (invoice number) to the next number up when it is opened.
