Greetings! I'm really new at form creation and wanted to see from the experts on the forum if I was heading in the right direction. I'm creating a Security Access Form that I'd like to be able to set up where if certain fields or boxes are checked it will e-mail the form to the various people responsible for certain actions. I'm assuming when the "submit" button would be clicked it would (through javascript?) go through and determine the value of the various fields and "mailto" according to the results. I'd also like to have this linked to a database somehow for auditing purposes. Does this sound like this is functionally possible with Acrobat 6.0 Pro? I've got a dozen books and there's limited info on form design. Any help and/or comments would be appreciated.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
