Just to confirm...

> How do i convert a PDF form into a flattened pdf.

You mean to remove the interactivity from the form fields, and make the
content a part of the page? You can do this using some Acrobat
JavaScript (doc.flattenPages() method), or if you need to do this on the
server you could use any one of a number of 3rd party developer tools
(activePDF Toolkit, FDFMerge).

However, if you really do not want the user to be modifying the contents
of your PDF form, I would apply some security (owner level password, so
the user *will not* require a password to view the document, but they
will rather just not be allowed to make any changes to the document). In
Acrobat you can do this by pressing Ctrl+D then click on 'Security'. If
you get stuck, post back here and one of us will help you through it.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
