Topic: Automatic compile of comments from multiple PDFs

I need to compile the Comments from multiple PDFs onto a single PDF. All of the PDFs are the same, except the Comments on each are from different decision makers. The hope is to have one consolidated PDF with all client Comments.

I know you can export and import FDF's, so it's possible to do the above manually, but I was wondering if anyone knew of a 3rd party solution that is available that does this fucntion, or if you could point me in the right direction on how to create one myself.
