I've reached a bit of a dead end in my programming of a simple PDF driver for my C++ program. I'm not trying to do anything special just output some simple text and apply a couple fonts.

My problem is that even with a properly formatted xref table, with the correct offsets, I still get the rebuild message window. Even though its not that bad, its annoying and not something that makes your application looked polished at all.

If anyone could help you would save the few hairs I ahve left upon my head, here is the file for your viewing.
