Is there a way to convert a Word document to PDF, and generate only the bookmark itself and not the text that was used to create the bookmark?

For example in Acrobat it allows you to add bookmarks in the bookmark pane without adding any text to the PDF itself.

However from word if I convert word headings to bookmarks, then any text I put in the header appears in the PDF, along with the bookmark. I only want the bookmark (for opening external files, for example)
