Has anyone looked at the PDF of the 9-11 report on the 9-11 Commissions website? The PDF does not have bookmarks, links, tags, or anything that would help the viewer to read the PDF. It's also twice as large as it needs to be in order to be downloaded and read. I would think that someone at Adobe or the PDF Forum would have been consulted before they posted this important PDF document on their website. It took me only about 1/2-hour to add these features to the PDF.
