Topic: How to change the color of PDF text?

I have to create a plugin that will select exactly 100 words starting from the point where the mouse clicks. Later on i will retrieve that selected text from the PDF.

What i have done is, I trapped the mouse point and make a Text Selection through PDTextSelectCreateWordHilite() APIs. Through this text selection i have created a invisible annotation at that point (this annotation will be used to retrieve the 100 word text later). I have also succeeded in selecting the text through AVDocSetSelection() and AVDocShowSelection() APIs.

But this selection shows the text in black/white color. I want this text to be displayed in the yellow color means same as when we select a text from the "Select Text tool" of the acrobat and then highlight that text with right mouse click menu.

Can anybody help me in this context.
