We are using generating PDF out of Kofax 5.5 and have run into a problem of a corrupted PDF (Image with text) being created and archived into our Document Managment system.

To safe guard against this, we were wondering if we could write a program that would scan every PDF file that was created for a given day to validate that is not corrupted. For example, scan the file to check that the proper header information was present. Any ideas on an apporach? If we did pursue the header info scan approach, were can we go to get information as to what to look for?
