We are in the process of scanning down mountains of documents into searchable pdf's. I have developed a problem when I coverted to v6.
I am using HP OfficeJet 5510. Everything appears normal during the scan process. I open 6 and click the create document from scanner option.
The HP interface opens, scans all of the pages. When I click accept on the HP interface, it begins the send to Acrobat process, but when it finishes this process, it only sends part of the scan job.
Is this an issue with HP or Acrobat? any suggestions?
