Is there a way to count not only the number of pages in a PDF, but by size, and also how many are color, how many black & white?

For example, I work for a print shop and we charge more for color pages vs. black and white, and also more for 11x17 vs. 8.5x11.

Is there a way to get more detailed information than just the total amount of pages?
