Hello

Due my work I usually handle documents with Acrobat 6.0. Normally, I need to create commentaries in these documents.

MY PROBLEM IS THE FOLLOWING:

I need a plugin (or to know how) that can create commentaries of an entire paragraph where is contained the word I am looking for (selecting automatically the paragraph).

By example:

If I need to search the following word: "sales strategy" in a document, when I search it using Acrobat 6.0 I obtain a LIST in the right, that shows the results of my search.

This list will show all the times the word or phrase I need to search, is contained into the document.

If I select (mark it using the mouse) the entire list, I can change the properties of selected results (the found text) and underline it or even create commentaries from all the found entries.

So... if I had 10 times the words "sales strategy" I can select the search results and create them as commentary, to export them to Microsoft Word (by example).

But the commentaries I will create are based ONLY in the words I have found "Sales Strategy"

So if I have this paragraph...

In the actual time, the marketing is a vital tool for the development of a necessary sales strategy to improve the business of a company.

The commentaries I will obtain from it will be: "sales strategy"

However, what I need is create the entire paragraph where is contained the words I am looking for "sales strategy" in a commentary.

So what I exactly need is create a commentary from ALL the paragraph:

"In the actual time, the marketing is a vital tool for the development of a necessary sales strategy to improve the business of a company."

Where the words I have been looking for: sales strategy, are contained.

I need this, to create a commentary not only regarding the words I am looking for but besides the CONTEXT -THE PARAGRAPH, where they are contained.

Usually, if you are looking for a word or words in a document, is very logical obtain as a commentary the paragraphs where they are contained, just to read the sense of the words you are interested into that context (the paragraph).

Anyone here knows how can I do that?

Is there any plugin available to create better commentaries?
