First, the section you posted (more on this later), has NOTHING to
do with the font size - that is handled in the content stream of the
page. So we can't really help you with that part given the pieces you have

Now, on to your object.

I thought you said you wanted to embed the font. I don't see an
embedded font here - I see a referenced (non-embedded font). There is no
copy of the actual font program here (/FontDescriptor).

I don't recall seeing this in the PDF reference, but you certainly
don't have a Widths table.
