Can someone tell me if there is a way to be able to print a range of
pages within a PDF by clicking a button or link (rather than opening
the Print Dialog box and manually entering a range)???
The ideal solution would need to work in both Mac and Windows and
would not require any kind of additional software such as a plug-in.
