I want to customize the toolbar buttons so that I can have exactly and only the buttons I use on the toolbar, similar to the way Microsoft Word allows one to customize the toolbar. Is there a software to do this? Or by fiddling the registry of Adobe?

Also, I use the "close" button all the time, but it is not available on the toolbar. Is there a way I can put it up there?
