Topic: Is there a tool that will do this?

My company has a commercial program that produces PDF output. Currently we require customers to purchase and install Acrobat since we are using the Acrobat SDK. I'm wondering if there is a third party tool that we could distribute with our application (royalty free or with a reasonable per-copy fee). If this requires multiple tools, that's fine. The tool(s) would need to do the following:

1) Offer a PDF printer (such as PDF Writer which is what we use now)

2) A COM or ActiveX library for doing the following manipulations to existing PDF files:
a) Delete specific pages from a PDF
b) Replace specific pages in one PDF with specific pages from another PDF
c) Insert after a specific page in one PDF specific pages in another PDF

Our development environment is Microsoft Visual FoxPro.

Anybody know of one or more tools that we can distribute that will do this?

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
