How do you change the Tab Order, and thus the visible foreground/
background relationship between fields?

This used to be a fairly straight forward affair in version 5 but in v6
I can't figure out how to get the fields to change their foreground/
background relationship.

As usual the Acrobat Help is of little help. It goes into how you can
change from row, column, Document structure or unspecified but
not how you change the relative relationship between fields is

In addition, I am not sure how it happened, the last field I created,
which should be at the top has somehow found its way to #15 out of
60. Trying to change it has been a bear.
