Topic: Can't load FDF.dll error message

I am new to the FDF toolkit. I downloaded it from Adobe and installed it on an XP client with web services. I would like to use it with Perl on this windows client. I followed the instructions for copying the dll files to perl\lib folder and creating perl\lib\Acrobat folder, etc. I am trying to use the sample "GenerateFDF.pdf" and am receiving the following error in my web browser:
Can't load 'c:/Perl/lib/FDF.dll' for module Acrobat::FDF:
I have this file in the path that is specified in this error message. I have also tried copying to system32 dir.

Anybody know why I am receiving this?
