Hey Everyone,

I am trying to create a PDF that all of my employees can fill out certain text boxes on our company Intranet and then be able to save what they filled out as a different file name. I don't want to get them all Acrobat 6.0 and would like for them to do this in Reader. Is there a way to do this? I was thinking of maybe of some how submitting the form to a database, but I can't figure out how to do this.
