Hi -

I am having the scrunched letters problem also. We are going from Word 2003 to Adobe 6. We are having the same symptoms as described in previous e-mail - i.e., the letters scrunch if you navigate backwards in the file but if you just close and re-open it heals itself.

We created the files using Create pdf from multiple files. Could that have something to do with it? Maybe we need to do it the old-fashioned way by appending (ugh).

We also thought may it had something to do with using the Reduce size option but we didn't use that on one and it still happened.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks very much.
