Topic: Submit PDF document offline

I have a PDF form and when you submit this form inside of a web browser using Acrobat reader is works fine. However, when I submit the form offline, acrobat reader gives me an error message stating that "can't handle content type; text/html, charset=utf-8", but all the form data and server side processing is done on my the server side. I was under the impression that if using reader, you can only submit the PDF document inside a web browser. But now I see that the only thing the reader can't handle is the response back from the web server(don't have a html parser?), which professional can. So, I am thinking if I can write a pdf document back, or a "special content type" that acrobat reader will understand, then I will be able to submit PDF document outside a browser. And My server side is implemented in C# .Net. Has anyone done something like that? or I'm just day dreaming here. If somebody has implemented this, please give me a pointer or two on what's the http header should look like when I write the pdf stream back to the acrobat reader, etc.
