I have a user who is experiencing a problem pulling up .pdf files from our site. It should open the .pdf in Internet Explorer and it uses Adobe Reader as a helper application to open the file. User has AAR 6.0.2, IE 6.0.2900, Win XP with SP2. He clicks on a link to launch the .pdf doc and it pulls up a blank IE window, the hourglass is chugging away, and Adobe Reader does not open up at all. Any ideas?
