I have a form that was created in MSWord 97 and have tried several ways to convert it to a PDF file. The file contains paragraphs, tables and text boxes - some rows/text boxes have shading which is actually the only items that appear in the converted PDF (the shading). I have Acrobat v6.0.2 and have tried converting the file from within MSWord using the PDFMaker, have sent it to the Adobe Printer, tried the Distiller and have tried creating a PDF from within Acrobat (which won't create anything by the way). Thoughts? Anyone? Thanks in advance!
