Hi. I'm a complete newbie. I have Acrobat 6 and would like to learn how to create a PDF like the one I attach (hopefully attach as I'm new to this forum).

Is it created in Acrobat native? or does one author in Word or PowerPoint first? How is the Show/Hide Menus done? And Save buttons?

Is there a good tutorial, book?

I'm a developer but VBA, .NET, ASP etc so can pick up any coding if required.

Thanks,
Hiran

PS: if the file is not attached you can see some examples at www.ChangeThis.com
Download any.
