Okay, this might be more than a beginners question, but here it goes: My company has a presentation that we do regularly, and it customized for each client. (Specifically, the presentation relates to broadcast TV and Radio stations.)
So anyway, everytime I have to setup one of these presentations it takes me almost the whole 8 hour work day to change all the little nuances that refer to each station. The other big challenge, is the use of the stations logos all over the presentation.
I know how to convert the presentation (currently Word) to a PDF and create text fill buttons in places where I always change the text to refer to the station. Is there a similar way to do this with pictures? Basically put in a place holder that I click on then point to the graphic that I want to be there?
Is there a better program to use that Acrobat? I want to create a generic template that I can simply tab through and enter the necessary text and pictures where needed, but not have to hand edit the document and every time!
