I changed the document properties (File>Document Properties) under User Interface Options to hide all toolbars and menu controls and saved the document thinking I could undo this in Adobe 6.0 Professional if I didn't like the results.

Well, I don't like the results and I can't seem to reverse the changes as I can no longer access the Menu toolbars.

Any suggestions before I redo this 120 page document complete with Bookmarks.
