Topic: Adobe Freezes & Does Not Open

Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.0 stopped operating. When I attempt to start the program the computer freezes (as does the open window). When I shut down I get 2 error messages:
"hpcmpmgr.exe is running" I end task and "font capture is running" is the 2nd error message.
Any suggestions?
