Hi there
I am hopeful someone can help.
Whenever I attempt to convert a WORD document to PDF I get the following error messages:-
1. An error occurred while converting Document Information
and /or
2. An error occurred while converting threads.
I have gone into PDF Settings to try changing the conversion settings but either way - i get one of the above error messages.
Our department IT specialists have said that my machine needs to be formatted - but I want to avoid this as I am sure it can be rectified.
I look forward to some help please.
