i have a new computer with adobe acrobat reader 6 installed. when i visit a web site with a fdf file, acrobat returns with "There was an error opening this document. File does not begin with '%PDF-'."

the file that it's trying to open is an .fdf file. it then prompts me to save it. if i save it then open it with acrobat, the parent pdf file is shown, with no form info filled. in.

any idea what i'm doing wrong? thanks.
