I tried to do a search of the forum to be sure I wasn't duplicating this, but I didn't find an exact post or clear answer that matched.
I'm using Lotus 1-2-3 V9.5. I have a large spreadsheet set up with a lot of tabs and tables within each tab. I have some macros that automate printing various ranges in the worksheet so the end result is a single packet. For example, I may print 5 pages of data from Tab A in portrait, 3 pages from Tab B in landscape, and maybe a graph from Tab C. The macro takes care of changing any margins and paper orientation for each section of the total report that prints.
Now, my question is, is there an Adobe product that will allow me to print the same packet, but in PDF format? That is, some pages as portrait, some as landscape. But, I only want to end up with ONE PDF file when completed.
I tried a rather low-end conversion utility called PDF995 that basically redirects printer output to a PDF file. However, in Lotus, when the macro is running, each range that is printed is considered to be a new report. So the PDF writer utility wants to create many PDF report files as the macro and scripts are running in Lotus.
I was hoping for a solution that would allow all the ranges to be added to one PDF file with orientation changing as needed.
Any thoughts?
