I am trying to create a master form (which i have done) where the
user name and passwords fields will be different every time. Once the
fields have been filled in (new u/p created for our web site) i wish to
'save as' a pdf and send the pdf as an attachment with the new user/
pass details, together with terms and conditions to the client. However
when i view the document in 'preview' it dosent show any of the fields i
have created, nor does it show the details i have entered into the form.
A lot of our clients will either have Acrobat reader or preview (mac
based) on their computers.
Can you help me to find a way to save this form so that all fields that are
filled in show up in the doc.
