Whilst enabling a PDF for commenting in Reader will make the commenting
tools appear in the interface, a vital factor that is still missing from
Reader 7
is the 'Reviewing' panel in the Preferences section where you specify
the Online Repository Server.

Thus, unless they make some last minute changes, my guess is that you
won't be able to perform browser-based reviewing with Reader 7.
