I already read a post - however the corrective action was quite unclear.

I rec'd & download (3 tries to date) a PDF file from someone I know in PDF format. Post completion of download/attemtp to Open file I get something like;

"Acrobat could not open file aa.pdf becasue it is either not a supported file type or because file has been corrupted."

I have verified that the very same file opens just fine at another pc. I would VERY much appreciate ANY & ALL assistance you'all could supply me. Note: I am green'er then green at this sort'a stuff.

Thanks again,
