Topic: What tools or sdks would be best?

We are creating an internal application that creates custom PDFs, from database entries, that need to be batch printed and tracked in the database. Tracked when printed, who printed, reprints, etc. There will be several thousand a day.

For our second effort we need to only allow web users to print a PDF one time and not save it.

What would be best? Would the Acobat SDK be all that we need? Or would we need the PDF libraries? Or anything else? For the web would we have to create a custom plugin?

Thanks for your help.
