Assuming that Adobe Reader 7 is not going to allow users to digitally sign Form PDFs (well, not unless Reader Extensions has been used) can anyone recommend the cheapest likely way to fill in a form, sign it and then submit by email.

It looks like Adobe Reader 7 will do the first and the last but obviously some places need the digi sig too.
