>>I have asked to have the Reader page updated to be more clear.<< - thanks Lori, don't want new confusion for customers (over digisig rights) now that the old confusion (forms, forms, forms) has been sorted out!

On that note, can I just say how great Acrobat 7 Pro is? Hearing that both Comment Enabling in Reader AND effective Form submission in Reader were now included I practically streaked round the town in excitement... can you imagine how we feel now - after years of making excuses to disappointed customers - we can give them a great Christmas present. And I'm convinced that this will lead to a huge increase in v7 sales. I see that the Acrobat 6 Std > 7 Pro price is the same as 6 Pro > 7 Pro as well, so even more wonderful.)

On a personal note - I accept and respect Adobe's conservative policy on not revealing product features until practically the day before, but it does lead to frustration from their own supporters in the field. I can recall about 6 months ago having a heated e-discussion with you about much of what has now been included, so I appreciate that it must have been annoying for you not to be able to tell me 'Shaddup!!! - it's coming in the next version!"

Lori, thanks for any input you made which has resulted in a product that is genuinely almost 'perfect' and will be a pleasure to sell. I can't think of one thing to complain about - so I guess that's another Christmas present for you... ;O)

By the way - was speaking to someone who attended one of your developer seminars and they said it was great - come back and do some more!!!
