There was a corporate branding document and electronic file for the "Includes Adobe Reader" button for Acrobat 6. This was used for packaging for CD-ROMs.

Is there such a thing for 7? Has it changed? How do you get it?

I'm thinking this might come as a response to the new Reader licensing web form: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/acrrdistribute.html

but I'm not sure since I just submitted it.
