Topic: Object Label Badly Formatted, 1 Attachments

I have this PDF file (attached with the message) when I try to open this file I get the error
"There was an error opening this document. There was an error reading this document(109). "
When I ctrl+enter on this error i get the error message
"Object Label Badly Formatted."
I have seen a few posts giving the solution to uncheck the "fast web view" option so i tried this(although this file was not downloaded from the web) but the problem still persists. Also i have double checked that the offsets of the objects and startxref are all correct.
So what else can be wrong?? and how can i avoid this?
Thanks for any help.
